Social Services

Social Services

During a hospital stay, we understand illness and other related challenges can have a painful impact on a person’s well-being. That’s why we offer the support of full-time social workers who can help you and your loved ones develop coping skills and recover from painful experiences.

Our social workers assist patients with discharge by evaluation your needs and helping determine resources available to you. They've also received training to provide education and assistance in completing advanced medical directive forms such as living wills and durable power of attorney for health care decisions. This service is available to patients and their families upon request.
